Floor Preparation
Diamond Grinding
Machine grinding can help epoxy bond in several ways. Firstly, it helps to create a rough and textured surface on the substrate it is being bonded to. This rough surface increases the surface area available for the epoxy to adhere to, enhancing the bond strength. Secondly, machine grinding can remove any contaminants or impurities present on the surface, such as dirt, oil, or old adhesive residues. These contaminants can hinder the bonding process and weaken the epoxy bond. By removing them through grinding, the epoxy can directly bond with the clean surface, resulting in a stronger and more reliable bond.
